A Reiki practitioner will be sharing with you their connection to Reiki energy for your highest healing. Love is all there is. What a beautiful exchange between 2 people.

Reiki is Japanese, Rei is spiritual wisdom, some say life force, and Ki is energy. Mikao Usui (1865-1926) is the man responsible for bringing Reiki into existence. Now there are multiple branches of Reiki worldwide.

No matter where you learn Reiki or where you receive a session it is always:

*Gentle*Harmless*Natural*Healing*Balancing*Relaxing or *Energizing- if your energy is drained.

The universal energy is available to everyone and once your hands are attuned to the energy you become the conduit for that energy. You can share that “love” with nature, pets, people, and material possessions. There is a program where people will hug a teddy bear and put their loving energy into it and then those teddy bears are given to sick kids for their enhanced  that allow patients and their family members to receive Reiki. Patients can get pre and post operative treatments that help them heal faster. Nurses that know Reiki are a valuable asset to the patients. The ways to experience Reiki:

*You can have a session with a Reiki practitioner that has been attuned to the 2nd level or above.*You can have a session in a hospital setting.*You can become attuned and practice Reiki for yourself.*

*You can receive Reiki from a distance, where the practitioner is not in the room with you.

Reiki

Zone Technique is recommended for everyone regardless of age or body issue.  Non invasive and highly effective to bring harmony to the body where disharmony exists.  Muscle discomfort,  joint issues, hormone imbalances, digestive issues, cold hands and feet, sleep issues, memory gaps, temper regulation can be balanced by the Zone Technique.
There are 6 systems in the physical body that are governed by a brain center.  If the body is under unusual stress the feedback from the spinal nerves can become "disconnected".
In essence the brain stops hearing what the nerve roots are sending out for signals as to what is happening in the organs, tissues, and structures of the body.  
By pressing on the 6 points on the back of the head, I will be able to know which system is needing priority attention.  You will feel the tenderness disappear when re-checking that spot on the head.  
Once balanced the body initiates the healing process immediately.   The feedback loop is reconnected and perfect communication is now happening inside your body.

Nerve - Zone 3
Digestive - Zone 4
Muscular - Zone 5
Circulatory - Zone 6

 Zone technique sessions take 15 minutes and are $55.  To add it to your Massage, Reiki, or Reflexology session it is an additional $10.

An effective way to release the tension in old and new scars.  old scars can be associated with pain in the joints and muscles, so weather your scar was planned because of surgery or an accidental injury this work can reduce the appearance cosmetically and therapeutically.

Each session will focus on your area of discomfort as well as full body equilibrium.

Table Massage

The ancient art of Reflexology is as old as time. There are hieroglyphics indicating that one person would sit behind another placing their foot on the lap of the front person to receive “reflexology”. Artifacts from the Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Russian, and Egyptians shows evidence of working on the feet to promote health.The idea is that the body is reflected in the feet. 

A few of the relationship are the head being reflected in the big toes, the shoulder is reflected in the pad of the little toes, and the spine is reflected along the inside arch of each foot. The organs are then traced on the bottom of the feet as if it were the imprint of the entire body on the bottom of the feet. Organs that are singular and on one side of the body like the liver, spleen, gallbladder are on that respective foot.

A Reflexology treatment has a unique way of being relaxing beyond sleeping. People have commented that they “went somewhere” during the treatment. They did not feel like they were asleep but feel totally revitalized like a good nights rest.
